GOOGLE MAPS

Navigating new beginnings

The number of refugees in the United States surged by 123% from 2021 to 2022.

Our goal is to encourage socially conscious millennials to empathize with refugees and support them in their journey to start anew. We achieve this by informing them about Google Maps' innovative features: Donation and Volunteer. Our belief is rooted in the conviction that everyone deserves to feel a sense of belonging in society, regardless of their origin.

Executions:

  • Informative video

  • In-app extension

  • Social media campaign

  • OOH banners

  • Donation Points

In this group project, I led art direction and supported creative direction. I also handled video scripting and animation.

POINTS

Texas hosts the largest population of refugees in the United States, which is why we placed donation containers in iconic locations across the state's major cities.
